Fresh Music Update respects copyright and other intellectual-property rights. If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative and believe material on this website infringes your rights, submit a complete removal request using the instructions below.

Information Required

Your request should include:

  • Your full legal name, organization, email address, and other reasonable contact information.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
  • The exact Fresh Music Update URL for each item you want reviewed. A homepage URL or search phrase alone may not be sufficient.

  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

How to Submit a Request

Email the complete notice to contact@freshmusicupdate.com and use the subject Copyright Removal Request. Include direct URLs and supporting information so the request can be reviewed efficiently.

Review Process

We may request additional information, restrict access to the identified material while reviewing a claim, notify the person who supplied the material, or take other appropriate action. Incomplete, misleading, or abusive requests may not be processed.

Counter-Notice

If your material was removed or restricted because of a copyright complaint and you believe this happened because of a mistake or misidentification, contact us with the affected URL, an explanation, your contact information, relevant supporting evidence, and any legally required statements. You may wish to obtain independent legal advice before submitting a notice or counter-notice.

Misrepresentation

Submitting a false or misleading copyright claim may have legal consequences. Only submit a request when you own the relevant rights or are authorized to act for the rights holder.
